Recommendations

Supplies I Recommend For Foraging

  • A basket or a breathable bag to put in anything you find. After you take mushrooms they will still let off spores that you can spread around the forest floor when you walk around

  • Gloves

  • Rainboots or hiking shoes

  • A trash bag to pick up any trash you may find, leave the area cleaner than you found it.

  • A tool like a knife or shovel to pick anything you would like to take.

  • Your mask, we are still in a pandemic and you may come across other people enjoying the great outdoors
